Camp Patmos Registration Information

What: Fall Camp at Camp Patmos

Why come?
Fall Camp is a highlight of the year! Students will have the chance to grow in their faith, build friendships, and have fun with teens from OSLC Zumbrota, Emmaus, Grace, Hope, and Cannon Falls churches.
Packing List
Bring:
+Money for supper on the way up
+Bible, notebook, pen
+Toiletries & towel (bathhouse is separate from cabins—shower shoes recommended)
+Flashlight
+Bedding (pillow, sheets/sleeping bag, etc.)
+Indoor clothes and a variety of outdoor, layer-able clothes
+Shoes that can get muddy
+Clean shoes for indoors
+Windbreaker or jacket
+Any medications needed
+Optional: camera that isn't connected to a phone
Leave at home:
-Knives or weapons
-Illegal drugs, alcohol, or vapes
-Portable electronic devices (phones, laptops, etc.). These will be collected and securely stored until the return trip.
I give my consent in advance to the leaders of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Zumbrota, Emmaus Free Lutheran Church in Bloomington MN, Our Saviour's Evangelical Lutheran in Cannon Falls MN, Grace Free Lutheran in Maple Grove, and Hope Church in Minneapolis and to the physicians/hospital selected by them to render emergency treatment or transportation as in their judgement is reasonably necessary for my dependent listed above. I understand that the leader of this activity will attempt to contact me before securing medical treatment, but that this consent is given to and from church sponsored events in private vehicles. I specially release the leadership of this activity from any and all claims, loss, cost, damage or expense arising out of or from any accident or other occurrences causing injury to any person or property.
