Camp Patmos 2025 Registration Information
Who: Students in grades 7–12
What: Fall Camp at Camp Patmos
When: October 15–19, 2025
Where: Camp Patmos, Hackensack, MN
Cost: $75 (Scholarships are available—please don’t let cost be the reason your student can’t come!)
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 1, 2025
Why come?
Fall Camp is a highlight of the year! Students will have the chance to grow in their faith, build friendships, and have fun with teens from Zumbrota, Emmaus, Grace, and Cannon Falls churches.
Packing List
Bring:
+Bag supper or money for supper on the way up
+Bible, notebook, pen
+Toiletries & towel (bathhouse is separate from cabins—shower shoes recommended)
+Bedding (pillow, sheets/sleeping bag, etc.)
+Indoor clothes and a variety of outdoor, layer-able clothes
+Shoes that can get muddy
+Clean shoes for indoors
+Windbreaker or jacket
Leave at home:
-Knives or weapons
-Illegal drugs, alcohol, or vapes
-Portable electronic devices (phones, laptops, etc.). These will be collected and securely stored until the return trip.

I give my consent in advance to the leaders of Our Saviour's Evangelical Lutheran Church and to the physicians/hospital selected by them to render emergency treatment or transportation as in their judgement is reasonably necessary for my dependent listed above. I understand that the leader of this activity will attempt to contact me before securing medical treatment, but that this consent is given to and from church sponsored events in private vehicles. I specially release the leadership of this activity and member of Our Saviour's Evangelical Lutheran Church from any and all claims, loss, cost, damage or expense arising out of or from any accident or other occurrences causing injury to any person or property.
Cost is $75 per student. Select either "Pay in full today" or "Pay later" if you are paying by check or need a scholarship.
